Thanks to Ruby!

So, tonight was yet another late night, not so much because of Ruby, but because of Ruby! I met this really neat friend through Etsy and she sells the most adorable clippies ever, Cakies! Anyways, we met up for tea this week and she told me about blogging. Mind you, I have spent plenty of time on a WordPress blog that I still can't figure out, so I started one on Blogger, much easier!

Anyways, she gave me this great idea about a site called blurb.com, where you can transfer your blog over and have it bound into a book! Great for me, I'm always on the computer, love to take pics, and I am terrible at making the time to journal or scrapbook.

Needless to say, my night ended when Dom woke up for work. I tried to sneak into bed without him realizing I was up all night, but his alarm went off! It was 5AM, was it really worth going to sleep? The sun was beginning to rise!

So here we go, I'm blogging!

Sleep is over-rated, at least that's what I tell myself after I've been up through the night and the dawn meets me....over-rated until the afternoon when my eyes are burning from staying awake....nap time. Glad to hear you are enjoying some personal time!

I agree, that's why you and I are still awake!

You are crazy! I don't know how you do all of it with very close to no sleep!!! and i love the new quilt and pillow... so cute! I used that fabric to make a highchair cover for True... the workmanship on that wasn't so great. I will never do a highchair cover again!

Thanks for telling us about Blurb.com! I have been waiting for someone to develop something like that for years, as I totally consider our blogs as the scrapbooks of our lives. So glad to see you've joined us in the blogging world :O)

As I said, thanks to Ruby! I wouldn't have know it existed, and now we can publish our memories!
